Pay Scale:
Associate: Upon graduating from Beauty School you'll suredly know most of the basics for doing hair. However, there are certain skills that can only be derived by learning directly from an experienced Service Provider.  These skills will help shape you into a better, more qualified and knowledgable stylist. The Associate Program is designed for new graduates of Beauty School with the intention of taking their career to the next level. The Associate Program will consist of 500 hours of training from a qualified Service Provider. During these months as an Associate you will learn the ins and outs of our techniques. You will meet our clients and learn excellent customer service. You'll begin working with more clients as you prove your skill to be at our standard. You may also be asked to visit local businesses to promote our salon. You will test through each phase of the Associate Program before you are given the certificate of a Level 1 Stylist. You will also be invited to attend Redken product knowledge classes as well as a Redken Hair Show.

Support Staff: main objective is to take care of all service providers, answer phones and greet our guests

• Level 3 $12/hour
• Level 2 $10/hour
• Level 1 $8.67/hour

Support staff qualifies to jump a level when the salon as a whole is at 18% retail to gross and meet all individual criteria.

Service Providers: main objective is to take care of guests

• Level 4 55% commission 18% Retail 1 week paid vacation and 1 paid well day/quarter
  Level 3 53% commission 16% Retail 1 week paid vacation or a well day/ quarter
• Level 2 51% commission 14% Retail
• Level 1 49% commission 12% retail
• Level 3 Stylists must hold a level 3 standing for no less then 2 consecutive months in order to receive paid vacation and paid well days. Vacation Dates and Well Days must be submitted to LynnDee in writing for approval.

* As a Level 3 or Level 4 Stylist you will have the option to Lease a station at one of our salons

We will have a staff meeting or one on one appointment once per month. At this time you will receive your retail checks.
